Matthew Mark Nichols is a writer, actor and digital creator. Matthew Mark owns and operates MMN Entertainment and Nichols Records, a company founded for the development of virtual human and music production, virtual idol management and VFX (Visual Effects) businesses.
Nichols Records currently represents human and virtual artists. ‘Free $ergio’ who will be the first human artist represented in the Hip-Hop category. Virtual artists also on the label will include Adrianna - Pop/Contemporary, Ashley Rae - Country, and Vortex - Heavy Metal/Rock Band.
Born in (Brown Deer) Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, 56-year-old, Matthew Mark Nichols is the son of Bob and Carol Nichols, and is the youngest of five boys. He spent most of his childhood and teenage years actively pursuing professional baseball. Matthew was a three-year starter on the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater Baseball team, setting several school records and was a part of the first team in the school’s history, to make it to a Division III World Series.
After a successful athletic and academic career at UW – Whitewater, Matthew went on to graduate with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education. He taught in both Wisconsin and Alaskan communities for 26 years.
Also an actor, Matthew Mark began his film career in 1994 as an actor and model in the Milwaukee and Chicago areas during his summers. Matthew Mark has been in a variety of industrial videos and commercials as a spokesperson and host, in addition to doing local and regional ads for Fleet Farm, Kohl's, Aurora Health Care, and national ad campaigns including Miller/Coors for Major League Baseball and the National Football League.
Matthew Mark has also built a respectful film resume appearing in over 32 feature and short films from a wide range of projects and a variety of local and regional independent films, for both independent filmmakers and university students working on senior, thesis films in the Milwaukee, Chicago and surrounding areas. In 2016, he received the Milwaukee Short Film Festival - Best Actor Award. He has most recently appeared in the (2023) release of the feature 'Chick Flick', and upcoming release (April 2025), of 'The Lion and the Narcissist'.
Matthew Mark has also published the original, book series, 'Prime Cut', an original series currently being networked for television and streaming outlets. In addition, his original screenplay, Bipolar now entitled Silent Lucidity is also being marketed and opted for production.
Matthew Mark currently lives and works in Egegik, Alaska, and calls home, La Fortuna, Alajuela, Costa Rica.
